Absolutely awesome service from Elena!! She made us feel so welcome! And was so fun!! Food and atmosphere were amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had an amazing experience every time I have went to this establishment. It’s now a work ritual for my staff to go on the weekends. Elena, Miranda are the best servers and bartender combo in the county! The food is absolutely incredible Japanese cuisine, I’ve got something different each time I go and haven’t been disappointed once. From the takoyaki to the yakitori and all the ramen bowls in between. The beer is brewed in house and the verity is almost as impressive as the atmosphere. This restaurant is a hidden gem in West Reading. I would recommend this restaurant a million times over.

I genuinely used to love ordering at Takkii Ramen, but since its become West Brew Izakaya, service and quality has diminished over time. Especially with a dead bug stuck to the inside of my order bag today 05/01/26 My partner used to enjoy loading up his ramens, but after add-on items frequently we're forgotten, he'd bow out of ordering bc the price was not worth the uncertainty of getting your full order. I recently convinced him to join on one of my orders, to which he once again loaded up a ramen, and he received none of his Add-ins. This time *I* had become irritated because this was money out of his pocket (I normally treated as it was my favorite establishment, and didnt mind taking it on the chin to hype it up to my partner) so I gave them a call, and was told I could redeem a free drink for the inconvenience as well as being comped. Why hadn't I just called the other times? Missing items happen so frequently I was afraid id be accused of lying, so it'd just let it slide because I personally didnt buy add-ins, and was happy to eat the cost if my partner didnt complain abt losing money. Well I decided the other week i'd redeem my free drink on Doordash, I placed an order

This was my second time but my family's first time eating here. The place was full but it's always a good sign. The service and atmosphere was amazing. But the food was the "star", full of flavor and depth. My family never had real ramen and now this place will make it hard to have anything less. It's incredible, definitely check it out!

First time here since the move, food was amazing! Everything was such top quality, the bulgogi fries were delicious! Ramen is so rich and delicious. Highly recommend coming here for some good food and drinks. The anime playing on the tvs is also a really cool bonus. Vibes here are just overall really awesome!
